The company is conducting its AGM in Hotel Orchid, Tripureshwor at 11:00 AM. The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 4 percent bonus share and 3.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the company is set to issue 100 percent right shares to its existing shareholders. the board of directors meeting of the company held on December 21 proposed of issuing 100 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
The company is forwarding the proposal to the upcoming 7th AGM on January 13. The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 114.1 million after the recently announced 4 percent bonus share. After the issuance of the proposed right issue, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 228.2 million.
