In the previous FY, the bank distributed 5.55 percent stock and .29 percent cash dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 501.6 million. The company will distribute Rs 30 million in cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
