The company is conducting its 17th AGM on January 25. The 236th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 28 decided to call the AGM in Bharatpur Garden Resort, Bharatpur, Chitwan at 11:00 AM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will amend various clauses in its article of association and delegate authority to BOD to carry out the required procedure as per the directive of regulatory bodies.
