The bank is conducting its AGM on March 29. The 736th board of directors meeting of the bank held on January 1 decided to call the AGM in its Central Training Centre at Bode, Bhaktapur.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 15.053 percent cash and 6 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
After the bonus share distribution, the bank will have paid-up capital of Rs 9.98 billion excluding preference share of Nepal Government worth Rs 5.43 billion.
