Nepal Purbadhar Bikas Company Calls Out SGM

Nepal Purbadhar Bikas Company (NPBCL) has called out special general meeting (SGM) on March 23. The board of directors meeting of the company held on February 14 decided to call the SGM on Yogamber Party Venue, Ramshah Path, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse BOD decisions, discuss on future task plan, appoint Auditor, elect BOD for upcoming AGM and decide date and venue for the upcoming AGM.

As per Pratap Singh Thakurathi, company secretary of the company, the company is set to close its book from March 14 for the SGM.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
