The bank is conducting its 11th AGM on April 13. The board of directors meeting of the bank decided to call the AGM in View Hotel Siddhartha, Nepalgunj at 10:00 AM.
The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger or acquisition process with any other BFIs as well as amend its article of association and regulations.
