Shivam Cement is conducting its AGM on April 22 in Rastriya Sabhagriha, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing cash dividend of 15.7895 percent worth Rs 694.7 million to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out required procedures related with expansion of business, acquisition and financing.
