Rasuwagadhi and Sanjen Jalvidhyut Extends IPO Deadline

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has directed issue manager of Rasuwagadhi and Sanjen Jalvidhyut to extend the deadline of IPO issued by the companies.

Based on the investors' complaints of not being able to apply for the IPO due to inaccessibility of meroshare software, the board directed to extend the deadline.

According to Niraj Giri, Spokesperson of SEBON, the board has directed to extend the deadline till April 25.
