Surya Life Proposes Dividend

Surya Life Insurance Company (SLICL) has proposed dividend of the last FY. The 240^th board of directors meeting of the company held on May 10 decided to propose 12 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.

The company will distribute stock dividend worth Rs 135.8 million and cash dividend worth Rs 7.1 million for tax purpose.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from IB. After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.26 billion.

Stock Market to Open on Wednesday
