The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders.

The company is closing its book on June 24 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
