Radhi Bidhyut Calls Out AGM

Radhi Bidhyut Company (RADHI) has called out AGM of FY 2074/75. The board of directors of the company held on June 12 decided to call the AGM on July 14 in Amritbhog Catering, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will approve the annual report and financial report, appoint auditor and delegate authority to BOD for amendment in the article of association and policies.

 The company is closing its book on June 24 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
