The meeting will approve annual report of FY 2078/79, balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow of former Sanima General Insurance and General Insurance Company.
Similarly, the meeting will elect three promoter and three ordinary shareholders and amend its article of association to maintain proportionate representation of promoter and ordinary shareholders in BOD.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on May 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
