Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Calls Out AGM

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta (JSLBB) has called out its 8th AGM. The 134th board of directors meeting of the company held on June 22 decided to call the AGM on July 15.

The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent bonus share and cash dividend worth Rs 303,000 for tax purpose.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the merger/acquisition process with a potential partner and increase issued capital to Rs 300 million from existing Rs 100 million.

The company is issuing 100 percent right shares from June 27. After the right issue and bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 63.3 million.

The AGM will also endorse a proposal of issuing 1:2 right share of the paid-up capital maintained after the right and bonus share.

For the AGM the company is closing its book on July 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
