NEPSE adjusts stock price of IME General Insurance

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of IME General Insurance after 5 percent bonus share announcement.

The stock exchange adjusted the stock price at Rs 362.86 with an average base price of Rs 424.76.

The company closed its book on June 30 for the upcoming AGM to be conducted in Lainchaur Banquets, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM ON July 14.

After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.02 billion.
