Premier Insurance has called out its 25th AGM ON July 16 in Naxal Banquet, Naxal at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 84 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.07 billion.
The company also listed the merger/acquisition agenda for the upcoming AGM of the company.
Moreover, the meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward the merger/acquisition process with a suitable partner.
