The 19th board of directors meeting of the company held on August 20 decided to call the AGM on September 12 in the conference hall of Janata Bank at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The meeting is subjected to approve 7 percent cash dividend worth Rs 16 million to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will endorse an annual report of the company.
