Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 2 decided to propose 21.0523 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 10 percent stock and 11.0526 percent cash dividend (including tax) for the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
