Sunrise Capital has called out 9th AGM on September 27 in Alice Reception, Gairidhara, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the AGM will approve financial reports, appoint an auditor and amend the article of association and memorandum of association.
The gold and silver price have gained on April 19.
