The company will distribute Rs 694.738 million in cash dividend including tax to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
Shivam Cement is set to conduct its 4th AGM on October 25 in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu .
For the AGM, the company is set to close its book on October 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
In the previous FY, the company distributed the same amount in the dividend.
Shivam Cement earned a net profit of Rs 1.50 billion in the last FY. It has Rs 4.40 billion in paid-up capital and shareholders fund of Rs 3.22 billion.
