Siddhartha Bank Calls Out AGM

Siddhartha Bank (SBL) has called out its AGM on October 24 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 15.26 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting has listed a special agenda of merger and acquisition of potential BFIs. For this, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the process.  

In this regard, the bank is set to close its book on October 16 thus the shareholders registered in its book till October 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announce dividend.
