Multipurpose Finance Starts Auctioning Unsold Right Shares

Multipurpose Finance (MPFL) has started auctioning 2.5 million units of shares from today, October 17.

The company is auctioning 2,487,278 units of shares including 1,860,721 units of promoter and 626,557 units of ordinary shares that went unsubscribed during its issuance from July 8 to August 26.

The interested bidders can bid for the auctioned shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 till October 24.

The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares through Civil Capital Market, issue manager of the company at Sundhara, Kathmandu. Moreover, they can bid from head office of Multipurpose Finance at Rajbiraj, Saptari and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi, Birtamod, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh and Ghorahi branch of Civil Bank as well as Baglunj and Mahendranagar branch of Century Bank.

The last traded price of the stock is Rs 98 on Wednesday, October 16.
