Sunrise Bank Starts Issuing '10.25% Sunrise Debenture 2083’

Sunrise Bank (SRBL) has started issuing ’10.25% Sunrise Debentrue 2083’ from today, November 6. The bank is issuing 3,000,000 units of debenture worth Rs 3 billion.

Out of the total offered debentures, the bank is issuing  40 percent i.e 1.2 million units of debenture to the general public while the remaining 60 percent i.e.  1.8 million will be financed privately.

The interested investors can apply for the debenture from Siddhartha Capital, issue manager of the company, all branches of Sunrise Bank and all ASBA approved BFIs.

The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 300,000 units of debenture. The issue will close on December 5.

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved the debenture issue on October 16.

As per the bank, the debenture will mature in 7 years and yields 10.25 percent interest payable semi-annually.

Care Rating Nepal has assigned Care NP-A  rating to the issue indicating low credit risk.
