The company is conducting its 27th AGM to be held on January 9 in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 28 percent dividend including 18 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.44 billion that will reach Rs 2.68 billion after the bonus share distribution.
