Last day to secure dividend of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company

Today is the last day to secure a dividend of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company (HIDCL). The company is closing its book from January 2 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

The company is conducting its 8th AGM on January 13 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

The share registrar of the company is Global IME Capital.
