Previously, the company issued 2,430,093.75 units of right shares at a ratio of 10:15 from November 10-December 15.
The company will auction the unsold right shares from January 19 to 26.
The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager. The interested bidders can bid for the minimum of 100 units and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100. The bidders can bid from Sunrise Capital, NMB Laghubitta and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Sunrise Bank.
