Previously, the company issued 2,430,093.75 units of right shares at a ratio of 10:15 from November 10-December 15.
The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager.
The interested bidders can bid for the minimum of 100 units and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The bidders can bid from Sunrise Capital, NMB Laghubitta and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Sunrise Bank.
