The stock exchange has adjusted the stock price at Rs 205.22 after adjusting 15 percent stock dividend.
Srijana Finance is conducting its AGM on January 25 in the conference hall of Chamber of Commerce, Biratnagar at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.579 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
The company closed its book on January 17 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 16 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
