Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) headquartered at Kavrepalanchowk, Banepa is set to acquire Nagbeli Laghubitta headquartered at Birtamod of Jhapa.
The companies signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the acquisition on February 25, as per Tulasi Ram Pathak, Company Secretary of Mirmire Laghubitta.
Following the agreement, NEPSE has suspended the trading of both companies.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
