The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 26.32 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 1.32 percent cash dividend to the shareholders
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of increasing authorized capital and issue 200 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution. The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company will close its book March 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
