The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 2.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
For the AGM, the company is set to close its book on March 17 to April 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
