The meeting is scheduled to delegate authority to BOD to forward the merger/acquisition procedure with suitable partners and amend article of association as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
For the AGM purpose, the company is set to close its book on July 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 8 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
