The gold price has continued its downturn on August 25 as well. On the day, the gold price has declined by Rs 700.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of fine gold is at Rs 97,200 and tejabi gold at Rs 96,700 per tola on the day.
Meanwhile, the silver price is steadied at Rs 1,320 on the day.
Commercial banks have published new interest rates for the upcoming month of Jestha. As per the published notices, the average interest rates of the banks have declined by a few points.
