Out of the total detected cases today, 3,107 are from Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu reported 2,391, Lalitpur 543 and Bhaktapur reported 173 infections.
Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 2,996 patients have been discharged from hospital after recovery. The number of total recovered cases has reached 99,605 in the country.
Meanwhile, 26 individuals lost their life due to COVID-19 in Nepal in the last 24 hours. The number of death due to the deadly disease has reached 791in the country.
