The company is conducting 14th AGM on November 20 in its registered office, Panipokhari, Kathmandu at 10:00 through a webinar.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock dividend and 0.37 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose of the paid-up capital of Rs 1.02 billion of the FY 2075/76. Moreover, the meeting will amends the article of association and policies and appoint an auditor.
