NIC Asia Bank Calls Out AGM on December 6

NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has called out its 23rd AGM on December 6 in its registered office at Thapathali, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.

The 462^nd board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 11 decided to call the AGM.

Regarding the AGM, the bank is closing its book on November 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
