NIC Asia Capital has called out its 2nd AGM on August 31. The board of directors' meeting of the company held on August 3 decided to call out its 2nd AGM in NIC Asia Capital, Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 7.36842 percent of cash dividend worth Rs 14.7 million.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial reports of the last FY and appoint auditor for the current FY.
Citizen Life Insurance (CLI)’s announced dividend has been cancelled.
