Kumari Bank Calls Out AGM

Kumari Bank (KBL) has called out AGM on December 14 in its registered office in Tangal, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.

The bank will provide a meeting ID and passcode to those shareholders who want to join the AGM through a virtual medium.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10.85 percent stock and 3.15 percent cash dividend. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process with suitable partners.

In this regard, the bank will close its book from November 30, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
