The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing an initial public offering (IPO) to locals of the affected area and the general public. Moreover, the meeting will approve a proposal of utilizing the funds thus collected and a merger proposal with Super Dordi Investment Company.
Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out duties as per the requirement of authority bodies.
Similarly, Superdordi Hydropower is conducting AGM on December 11 in the conference hall of the District Coordination Committee, Besisahar, Lamjung at 12:30 AM.
The meeting will approve a proposal of a merger with Peoples Hydropower.
