The bank has called out its 23rd AGM on December 6 in its registered office at Thapathali, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.
The 462nd board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 11 decided to call the AGM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent dividend including 19 percent stock and one percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
