The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 6.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve swap ratio for the merger with Gharelu Laghubitta and rebrand the institution as Samata Gharelu Bittiya Sanstha having head quarter at Kavrepalanchowk, Banepa.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 20, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 19 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
