Gharelu Laghubitta (GHARELU) that is in merger process with Samata Laghubitta has called out AGM on December 29 at Panchakanya Banquet, Banepa Kavre at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will approve the proposal of a merger with Samata Laghubitta.
Moreover, it will approve swap ratio, renaming the company as Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha having its headquarter at Banepa Municipality 8.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
