Gharelu Laghubitta (GHARELU) that is in merger process with Samata Laghubitta has called out AGM on December 29 at Panchakanya Banquet, Banepa Kavre at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will approve the proposal of a merger with Samata Laghubitta.
Moreover, it will approve swap ratio, renaming the company as Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha having its headquarter at Banepa Municipality 8.
Solu Hydropower has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 26 in the premises of Nabil Investment Banking, issue manager of the company.
