The company has proposed of distributing 5.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 10 took the decision. The same meeting also decided to call out its AGM on January 6 in its registered office in Heritage Plaza through virtual medium.
In this regard, the company will close its book from December 20 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 19 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
