NEPSE adjusts the stock price of RSDC Laghubitta at Rs 581 after adjusting its 9 percent stock dividend. The company has called out 7th AGM on January 8 in Butwal.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9 percent stock and 3.63 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, NEPSE adjusts the stock price of Everest Bank at Rs 681 after adjusting 5 percent stock dividend.
Everest bank is conducting its AGM on January 11. The bank has proposed of distributing 5 percent stock and 5.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Likewise, it adjusts the stock price of Prabhu Bank at Rs 341 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend.
Prabhu bank has called out 19th AGM on January 10 in its head office at 11 AM through a virtual medium.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition procedure with suitable partners.
Moreover, the exchange adjusts the stock price of Nepal Bangladesh Bank at Rs 250 for its 6 percent bonus share.
Nepal Bangladesh Bank has called out 26th AGM on January 10 through a virtual medium at 11:30 AM.
