Out of them, 7 companies are endorsing a proposal of distributing dividend while 2 have not proposed any dividend.
Most of the companies have called out AGM on January 13.
The companies include 3 commercial banks, 2 development banks, 1 microfinance company, 1 finance company, 1 hydropower company and Nepal Reinsurance Company.
