The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 2.58 percent stock and 0.15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will elect board of directors and amend article of association.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
