Sanima Capital Issues ‘Sanima Large Cap Fund’ from today

Sanima Capital, a subsidiary company of Sanima Bank,  has started issuing 7 years closed-end mutual fund units under the name of ‘Sanima Large Cap Fund’ from January 22.

Sanima Capital aims to distribute 10 percent dividend to the mutual fund unit holders from the next year itself. The fund is expected to give 70 percent return in 5 years to the unit holders. The company is planning to distribute 10 percent dividend in 2nd year of operation, 12 percent in 3rd, 14 percent in 4th, 16 percent in 5th  and 18 percent in 6th year.

The Fund is planning to invest the collected fund in the top-60 companies of the stock market.

The company is issuing 100 million mutual fund units worth Rs 1 billion at a face value of Rs 10. The company has secured 15 percent of the total offered units to Sanima Bank, promoter of the fund. It will issue the remaining 85 million units to the general public. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 10 million mutual fund units.

The issue will close on early on January 26 and lately on February 8. The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
