The company issued 1,284,200 units of ordinary shares from September 5 to 9. In the issue, a total of 1,190,296 applicants have applied for the shares out of which 1,185,642 applications have been approved.
As the issue has been oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which only 128,420 applicants have been provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
