The company is closing its book on January 27 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Nepal Life has called out 20th AGM on February 10 in Hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 9 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 51 percent dividend including 31 percent stock and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve a proposal of stock split i.e. to reduce the face value of the stock at Rs 50 from the existing Rs 100.
