The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.59 percent stock and Rs 5.7 million cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also revise its promoter and ordinary share structure to 52:48 ratio, amend its article and memorandum of association and delegate authority to BOD.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from March 14 thus the shareholders registered in its book till March 13 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
