The company will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5.526 percent cash dividend.
The meeting will amend its article of association and memorandum of association as pre the change in the capital caused by bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will revise its share structure as well. The company has proposed of revising its promoter and ordinary shareholders ratio at 60:40 from the existing 70:30.
In this regard, the company will close its book from January 1, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 31 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
