NRB Gives Principle Approval To Infinity Laghubitta To Acquire Nepal Agro

Infinity Laghubitta has obtained principle approval to acquire Nepal Agro Laghubitta from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) on May 25.

Infinity and Nepal Agro signed the acquisition agreement on February 8.

Nepal Agro Laghubitta is headquartered at Bidhyabasini, Pokhara Municipality ward no 18.

The stock trading of Nepal Agro has been suspended since October 10 2019 following a merger agreement with NESDO Laghubitta.
